Shambala has an artistically decorated Finnish sauna with authentic wood burning stove. It is open three times a week from 6:00pm - 10:00pm.

Wednesdays: Women only
Fridays and Sundays: Mixed Sauna

Herbal tea: £ 0.50 cup
Whisking session: £5
Nettle whisking: £1

Whisking is a gentle yet powerful traditional Estonian/ Finnish sauna healing method, which is used to treat joint problems, to relieve aching muscles, to regulate circulation and metabolism, to detox and to free from stress. A session of whisking lasts about 15 minutes. Please call 01309 690690 to pre-arrange your session.

The membership prices include the use of 1 towel per sauna. Drinks and whisking cost extra.
